Brandy Douglas, CHRP, CHRL
Brandy is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over 13 years of Human Resources experience. She provides expert advice and strong leadership skills from a human resources perspective to clients with a personal, results based approach.
Brandy understands the commitment required to develop a strong internal team and works closely with clients to ensure employees are engaged and productive in a positive work environment. Her extensive practical experience and deep understanding of the legal aspects of employee relations has enabled her to understand the importance of supporting human resource compliance within an organization. Brandy has successfully assisted several companies in navigating complex compliance issues and continues to foster this culture with her current clients.
Brandy is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and maintains a Diploma in Human Resources Management through a variety of professional development and training, including coaching, leadership development, conflict resolution, health and safety, and project management. Brandy is passionate about her work and family and is an active member of the Guelph community. She currently sits on the Guelph Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is Past President of the Human Resources Professional Association (Guelph & District Chapter) and through a strong commitment with the Parent-Teacher Council, is committed to providing a safe and enriching environment for the children in her community.
Kerri Klassen, CHRP, CHRL
Kerri received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation in 2005, and currently holds her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) Designation. She has over 10 years of working experience in all facets of Human Resources with a strong Generalist background. This includes but is not limited to Recruitment & Selection, WSIB, Performance Management, Polices & Procedures, and many other key areas that contribute to our client’s best company practices.
Kerri holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University. Kerri is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), initially with the HRPA Toronto Chapter, and for the past 10 years with the HRPA Guelph & District Chapter where she currently sits on the Board of Directors as Chair, Chapter Mentorship Committee. Kerri has accomplished many other volunteer roles in the past as a Mentor to students at the University of Guelph, and held a Co-Chair position for the Mentorship Committee. Kerri is also a strong member of the Guelph Community, and has played an active role as a Director on the Board for educational fundraising for the RCCP (Royal City Co-operative Preschool). Kerri is very excited to be a part of CulturedHR, and takes great pride in contributing to the successes of their clientele.
Jodi joined the CulturedHR team on a part time basis after graduating from McMaster University having earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with a Life Science Major and Psychology Minor.
Jodi works diligently behind the scenes to create and maintain a welcoming, positive, and organized work environment for all of our team members and clients.
Having a strong connection with community and non-profit organizations, Jodi currently works for Meals on Wheels as the Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator, volunteers at the Guelph Royal Canadian Legion, and is a Supportive Child Care provider with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
